I have spearheaded the launch of India-first initiatives at Meta to accelerate revenue from SMB businesses through third party account management, partnerships, working capital enablement, acquisition and transitioned Outsourced Sales to India, resulting in 3x revenue and advertiser base. I have also driven annual business planning and investment cycles to grow India business, identifying key levers across people, product, and processes. With Amazon I managed the Long-Tail categories like Home, Lawn & Garden and Furniture delivering revenue growth and expansion of 3P business & drove key initiatives to enable competitive Pricing for our customers while managing the P&L responsibility for these categories.
