A graduate of Vastu Kala Academy, I hold a Master of Design(M.Des) Degree in Furniture & Interior Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. An Architect, Interior Designer, Industrial Designer & a Design Educator, I have trained and worked with notable names in the industry like K2INDIA, Neeraj Manchanda Architects and Project 810, with whom I did my graduation project(NID) where I designed their first furniture range 810/ONE. The range garnered a lot of appreciation from fellow designers and the public eye alike and was featured in several design publications such as AD(Architectural Digest), Elle Décor etc. I have worked independently on a wide range of projects spanning from Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design, Set Design, Art Direction etc. I have conducted lectures for the Design & Architecture foundation batches + Design Studio, 3D Modelling, Adobe Creative Suite, Building Construction, etc. for Senior batches. I believe in employing a holistic mix of traditional and new-age methodologies in the planning and delivery of instruction in physical and virtual settings with an emphasis on incorporating opportunities for experiential learning. I employ software & hardware(pen tablets) to enhance learning to bring the real-time learning experience much as close as possible to the online teaching methodology. I promote an Industry-standard driven teaching pedagogy. I have conducted a 3 week Color Theory Module for the foundation batch at the National Institute of Design Haryana, Kurukshetra. Presently I am conducting a Design & Spatial Order Module with PG Furniture & Interior Design Batch. Currently I work with JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Hauz Khas, New Delhi as a Visiting Interior Design Faculty.
