With a MBA from York St. John University and a MSc in Architecture and Sustainability from De Montfort University, I have a strong combination of technical and managerial skills that enable me to deliver energy efficiency solutions for residential properties. I am an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and hold multiple certifications from Energy Trust, including Domestic Energy Assessor and Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings. I have been studied and work in construction industry from last 13 years and having international work experience too. I'm working in gov. sectior as Officer at Essex County Council, I contributed to the decarbonization of over 400 homes by implementing relevant standards and measures, such as PAS 2030 and PAS 2035. I also collaborated with councils and property projects across the Southeast LEP area, securing the Green Deal and providing retrofit solutions. I have exceptional stakeholder negotiation and engagement skills, as well as project management and design capabilities. I am passionate about reducing carbon emissions and improving the quality of life for residents through innovative and sustainable approaches.
