He began his career as a consultant with PwC India after completing his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur. At PwC, he specialized in data warehousing solutions for Indian and international financial clients, gaining expertise in analytics-driven problem-solving over nearly three years. Transitioning into HR, he pursued his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, where he interned with Aditya Birla Group’s Global Trading business (formerly Swiss Singapore). His impactful contributions in employer branding and onboarding strategies earned him a pre-placement offer, setting the stage for his journey with the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program (ABGLP). Since joining in ABG as an ABGLP, Himanshu has worked across diverse domains—leading leadership development initiatives, revamping capability-building frameworks in manufacturing, and driving executive compensation strategy. Currently, he is immersed in Industrial Relations within Domestic Textiles, managing 700+ workmen, streamlining agreements, handling grievances, ensuring seamless workforce operations & driving engagement at the grassroots level. With a unique blend of strategic insight and on-ground execution, Himanshu is trying to shape the future of HR by bridging analytics, business impact, and people-centric solutions.
