Himanshu is involved in buy side and sell side due diligence engagements for major private equity firms and leading companies and has diversified exposure with deals in manufacturing, real estate, health & pharma and hospitality sector. Basis understanding of the business, Himanshu takes up the responsibility for understanding key business drivers and their impact on the transaction. He is also responsible for analysis of various components of balance sheets and income statements to ascertain historical trends in revenue, key component of costs, build up of net assets, working capital cycle/ trends, normalized working capital, etc. Prior to joining transaction services, Himanshu has worked with Mazars in India for 5 years (including articleship) where he got an exposure in handling statutory and tax audit engagements of listed entities (Alstom T&D India Limited and HeidelbergCement India Limited; turnover c. £400m) along with some private entities having turnover of upto £50m. Himanshu is an an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Delhi.
