As the founder of an organization dedicated to transforming mental health access, I aim to think boldly and challenge the longstanding barriers that have hindered progress. Aremas was created to empower people to take proactive steps and positively impact the world. Our goal is to establish a platform where individuals can openly share their personal stories and thoughts, as well as seek support without fear of judgment, both at an individual and community level. Through my experiences collaborating with various hospitals, professionals, and clients, I have gained valuable insights and expertise in providing meaningful care to patients. I have learned to attentively listen to their concerns and address their mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges with empathy and understanding.
