I am an experienced, global business leader who has consistently created business value by inspiring and leading diverse, global teams in the technology industry. During my career at Browserstack, The Weather Company, IBM, DPS, Adobe and Wipro. I believe in inspiring people at all levels, building a strong winning culture with a diverse team, listening first and being decisive with consensus. WHAT I love: ✦ My family is my world. WHERE I’ve been: ✦ For more than 27 years the technology industry has been my work-home. I began my career at Wipro were spent 4 years across multiple roles in India. I then spent a year at Adobe as the first BDM for India. ✦ With the dotcom burst in 2000, I joined DPS which was repurposing Publisher content to eContent. I thought I found my final home at DPS as their first VP Sales. But I could not ignore the opportunity to help Digite launch in India. Later, IBM came with a scintillating offer and I spent time doing some of the best roles including Lotus P&L, Enterprise Sales, launching The Weather Company in India. Lastly, I ran the Sustanability Business Portfolio for IBM in India. ✦ The Pandamic changed the word, I build the Channel Partner Ecosystem for Browserstack, without meeting partners face to face, yet over achieving our targets. Doing anything in technology is always exciting! HOW I work: ✦ Clearly say what you will do and do what you say. Clarity of communication is crucial and execute to the plan. Make changes as needed along the way. ✦ Take on challenges and even if we get to 90% of the goal, that's better than hitting 100% of a low growth goal. Celebrate wins! ✦ “Fun” isn’t a weakness.
