At Google (6 years), I led product across Gemini, Google Assistant and Google Pay, from Gemini's LLM-native conversational experiences to ML trust systems that reduce abuse. Earlier, I built AI-powered collections at JPMorgan Chase (30M+ customers) and global payments at American Express, including the Apple Pay launch.
