Use this Service to initiate a manual verification by allowing us to invite you to join a Zoom call to cross-verify the selfie you've submitted with the identity document provided, as well as check the authenticity of the identity document itself.

If we are unable to complete your request within a three-day period, your payment will be refunded. However, if your application is processed and subsequently rejected, no refund will be issued. In such a case, you are welcome to submit a new identity verification document and reapply for verification by paying the applicable fees.

Upon approval of your request, we will send you an email detailing how to use your photo identity.
