Testimonials

  • I recently started my therapy sessions with Heti. It was the most relieving feeling to have found someone after speaking to him , I felt that now I'll be able to save myself. She is really compassionate , empathetic , friendly and makes you feel heard. She created a safe space for me since the very first interaction. Not even once I felt any hesitation to bring forward an emotion or thought be it however rational or not. She has always been open to help me out with answers/solutions to any question that I've had in my mind. She's been more than willing to help me move forward with my treatment and all aspects of it. It has been an immense help speaking to her until now and I absolutely intend to continue seeking her help to making my mental health better and in turn my life better. Thankyou so much Heti :)

About me

A safe, confidential space to make sense of what you’re going through :) Hi! I’m Heti, a MSc Clinical Psychology postgraduate currently offering online psychotherapy under supervision. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely yours. Where you can talk openly, without pressure or judgment. My work is queer-affirmative, trauma-informed, and grounded in being attentive to your individual context and needs. I follow a person-centered approach, while also drawing from different evidence-based practices (like CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic understanding) depending on what works best for you rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. People often reach out for support with things like: • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck • Relationship or interpersonal concerns • Family dynamics and expectations • Identity, belonging, or life transitions • Low mood or emotional distress If you’d like to get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit, you can book a short discovery call and we can take it from there :)
