I am also the Founder of ProductizeHR, a newsletter and consultancy practice that creates and curates content and products around product management, HR Tech, AI, and Agility. I apply my skills and knowledge in HR, people analytics, AI, product management, design thinking, DEI, and Ex/Ux to help organizations solve challenging problems around people, processes, and products.
