I had managed large group of companies who had diverse product lines, global companies located in different geographies. Some of the key achievements are: 1) My three Companies got acquired and I was retained by the Acquirer and had become the CFO of the Merged Entity. 2) I had successfully transitioned Built – Operate – Transfer (BOT Model) for a Fortune 100 Company. 3) I had successfully completed 16 M&A’s, where 6 were Overseas M&A’s and had seamlessly transitioned and managed Cross Border Acquired Companies and was able to transition to the SBU’s. 4) I had raised funding in various forms of FCCB, ECB, Debt Funding, Preferential Allotment and Strategic Investor. 5) I had transitioned the Product IP’s from one Geo to another Geo. 6) I had helped Companies in Debt Restructuring and negotiating with Financial Institutions.
