Hi, I am Henna. I work with founders, solo builders, and operators who are trying to make sense of what to build, how to build it, and whether they’re even asking the right questions in the first place. I am an MBA from IIM Bangalore and have around 15 years of experience working with corporates across the globe, consulting early stage startups and Government initiatives, along with my own entrepreneurial ventures. My early career was in management consulting and large organisations, including work with Accenture, KPMG, HSBC, and similar enterprise environments. Those years shaped how I think - structured problem-solving, systems thinking, and making decisions that stand the test of time, not just trends. Since 2018, I’ve built and run two startups of my own, bringing that rigor into real operating environments. I scaled my first venture, Expat Orbit, one of India's leading global mobility consulting startup to establish a one stop consulting service for MNCs expanding in India. While building and scaling the business, I realised the importance of focusing on making sound, long-term decisions across technology, operations, and process design - building internal tools, digitising workflows, and improving efficiency only where it genuinely added value, rather than chasing hype or overengineering. My second venture, Cosmofynd, is a unique take on uncompromised personal growth and happiness. It is grounded in Vedic sciences, behavioural psychology, and quantum growth techniques. At Cosmofynd, technology is the backbone for scalability, operations management, and delivery, while decisions remain deeply human-led and insight-driven. In parallel, I consult a lead design and brand strategy company as their Lead Strategy Advisor. Here I get to first hand witness the growth spectrum of new age startups, as well as established Government enterprises. I consult on product strategy, positioning, and large-scale initiative design for their clients. Through this role, I’ve worked on multiple government and institutional projects, including the recent ones such as WTSA Mumbai and IFFI Goa, where clarity, and stakeholder alignment matter far more than speed or novelty. Alongside my own ventures and advisory roles, I keep doing MVP and product strategy consulting for multiple early-stage startups across domains including: - an influencer meet-up and community platform - an event planning platform and app - a language learning app - a pet care company and other early-stage digital products Across consulting, advisory work, startups, and my own companies, a consistent thread runs through my work: - clarity over excitement - long-term thinking over short-term hacks - sound judgement across product, technology, and go-to-market decisions I don’t default to the newest tool, framework, or marketing trend. I focus on what fits, what lasts, and what should not be built or promised too early.
