With over 30 years of global healthcare industry leadership experience, I am the Co-Founder of AyushPay, a disruptive technology-driven healthcare startup that aims to provide the most trusted, convenient, and quality-focused surgical care for Bharat. AyushPay leverages healthtech and AI to enable access, affordability, and quality of healthcare services, especially for Tier 2/3 cities and rural India. As a Co-Founder, I am responsible for building the vision, strategy, and execution of AyushPay, as well as forging strategic partnerships, raising funds, and scaling the business. I also bring in my expertise in strategic M&A, hospital turnaround, healthcare consulting, and PPP projects, which I acquired from my previous roles as the Group CEO of BR Life, the COO of Global Hospitals, and the Director of Healthcare at the Indian Army. I am passionate about transforming the healthcare sector and creating value for all stakeholders. I am also an IIM-A alumnus, an author, a speaker, an influencer, an IIM advisor and faculty, a FICCI member, a pilot, and a golfer.
