Send me what you have before the call: a Terraform repo, a cluster setup, a CI/CD pipeline, an architecture diagram, or a cloud bill you cannot explain. I read it beforehand, so we do not spend the hour on context.

On the call we cover three things: what breaks first, what costs more than it should, and what to fix in what order. You get a short written summary afterwards with the specific changes and the order to make them.
