Hello you,
I'm glad you're here. It means you're interested in the workshop I'm going to host. And in case you're just here to peek — be my guest :)
Let me tell you what's going to happen in those two hours on the Sunday morning of 6th September.
This workshop has two parts to it — guided journaling and an ice bath. In that same order.
Guided journaling will allow you to pause, turn inward, and release your emotions. And how will you do that? By writing.
I will share certain prompts and then you will be given time to express whatever comes up. Your responsibility is to just bring your pen and notebook, providing you with a safe space? That's mine.
Now, about the ice bath experience — those few minutes you will spend in the ice-cold water will rejuvenate you to the core. And here's the best part — it can help you find an inner strength you might not have explored before.
I know this may sound a bit poetic as of now, but let's talk after you come out of the ice bath.
Here's a disclaimer though — these two hours aren't your typical feel-good experience. It's not designed to be fun. It's designed to take you somewhere deeper. In fact, this might feel a bit uncomfortable at first because you will be facing emotions you might have suppressed or ignored for a while.
But here's what I can tell you — this will definitely be a fulfilling experience and it can leave you feeling clearer and more confident. So if you're looking for something fun, a pottery workshop would be a better idea, or simply just sleeping in your bed - best!
So, if you're ready to reconnect with yourself, then all you have to do is just wake up a bit early and reach the venue in Cox Town by 10 AM — you'll thank yourself (and me) later.
Alright, now please go ahead and book a spot for yourself. There are only 15 spots open.
For any queries — feel free to DM me on Instagram and I'll be happy to answer them.
Now finally, here are some usual things you'd wish to see on a landing page.
A little more clarity in your thoughts.
A little more strength within yourself.
For anyone and everyone.
Whether you have journaled or taken an ice bath before, or it’s your very first time experiencing either — this is for you.
This workshop is designed to benefit people from all backgrounds and experience levels. Come one, come all.
A pen and a diary for journaling.
Extra clothes and a towel — you’ll need these after your ice bath.
And most importantly, your smile. That’s all :)
Yes. The ice bath will be a guided experience, and you’ll be supported throughout the process. For healthy individuals without relevant health conditions, this is a safe experience.
However, if you have a history of heart-related conditions, cervical issues, or any other condition that could be affected by cold exposure, please check with your doctor before participating.
See you on the 6th!
