I am a data engineer with over three years of experience in data integration solutions, and a data science graduate student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I worked with clients to design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using DataStage, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and SQL. I handled data manipulation, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, as well as data quality and validation. I contributed to several projects, such as migrating data from legacy systems to cloud platforms, optimizing data pipelines, and enhancing data security and governance. In addition to my data engineering skills, I am also pursuing a master's degree in data science at UMBC, where I am learning advanced skills in data analysis, machine learning, and visualization. I have completed courses on topics such as Python, Tableau, Informatica, AWS S3, AWS Athena, and machine learning algorithms. I am also working on a capstone project that involves applying machine learning techniques to a large dataset of customer transactions and behavior. My goal is to apply my data science knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems and create value for businesses and society. I am passionate about data and its potential to drive innovation, efficiency, and impact. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams. I am seeking full-time opportunities starting May 2024, where I can leverage my data engineering and data science expertise.
