Hemant is the co-founder of an Investment Banking firm Soar Beyond Ventures, working at the intersection of startups and investors (venture capital/family offices), both Indian and global. Before this, he has 15-17 years of experience in consulting, business & technology research, and strategy development. He also has years of experience working on macroeconomic analysis and developed a solid understanding of the geopolitical landscape across the regions. Working with and for the senior leadership to identify and charter the progress across business segments. Before this, he worked in IT tech support and in software sales, wherein he acted as a collaborator between end customers and the development teams. He also has a keen interest in Volunteering, Photography, etc.
