Successfully, set up HR Operations, led HR Strategy, and implemented Workday reporting capabilities across 54 countries and 1.7 lakh employees, collaborating with consulting firms and global product owners. He has also enabled Talent Management, Development, and Engagement initiatives, and served as a trusted advisor and expert on people and organizational matters.
