I work closely with principal investigators, site teams, sponsors, and CROs, supporting studies from feasibility to execution, with a strong focus on realistic timelines, data quality, and compliance. Over the years, I’ve learned that successful trials are not driven only by protocols, but by strong site processes and practical decision-making. I am passionate about mentoring clinical research professionals, helping new sites enter clinical trials, and sharing honest, experience-based insights about how trials truly run especially in the Indian clinical research ecosystem.
