When you finish your Japanese studies and are able to pass an JLPT exams of any level, you get so excited and proud that you wish to work in a Japanese company.

You dream of using the language skills you have so passionately in the job, using it in conversations, interpretation or translation and bring value to the company.

But the next hurdle is passing the Japanese interviews done by the native Japanese interviewers. And man! These can be very tricky and decide your fate by the way you reply.

Interviews do not aim to know your answers but they way you express them. And a host of non verbal cues you give helps to make or ...... your dreams.
