Hi, I’m Heena Gupta – a School Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and Rehabilitation Psychologist. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their strengths. Always work with one goal to help people feel seen, heard, and empowered. I work with adolescents navigating identity and peer pressure, couples trying to reconnect, and individuals healing from emotional wounds. I combine CBT, mindfulness, and a humanistic approach to create a warm, non-judgmental space for transformation.
