Throughout my 15+ year career in technology, my professional tenure has been driven by a dual passion: continuously engineering cutting-edge innovations and actively imparting that knowledge back to the global community. As a Lead AI Engineer at Google Cloud in Poland, I specialize in architecting large-scale Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI solutions across EMEA and JAPAC. Parallel to my technical leadership, I have dedicated myself to professional counseling and mentorship. Over the years, I have successfully up-skilled and guided close to 250 students and industry professionals, helping them navigate career transitions, build technical roadmaps, and step into leadership roles within AI, ML, and enterprise ecosystems like SAP. I am committed to expanding this effort. My goal is to continue fostering the next generation of tech talent through practical, real-world career counseling and dedicated mentorship. Whether you are looking to break into the AI space, transition from software engineering, or scale your leadership potential—I am happy to help you navigate your journey.
