I enjoy being at the intersection of business, product, design, and technology. I have led global product management and development from conceptualization to launch. I was co-chair at IIoT Summit 2021 event by TiE Bangalore & IoTForum (both Not-for-Profit). Currently, I am with Dover corporation's Digital Labs which is driving digital transformation across its businesses. Here I am leading the product management function for CDS Visual transforming it to be a product company and generating new revenue streams. Previously, I was in the global offering management team of Connected Buildings, Honeywell Connected Enterprise, a startup within a large enterprise. There I led the new SaaS offerings launching them to market working with cross-functional teams of sales, pre-sales, legal, customer success, tech support, finance, marketing, engineering, analytics, & design. I was engaged with customers enabling sales & presales, to acquire the initial customers for my products generating new revenue. Before Honeywell, I spent a year at an early stage setup, where I learned how to be a jack-of-all-trades. There I led company growth, partnerships, new product introduction & commercialization, marketing initiatives, social media/press, and driving CXO-level enterprise sales for Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, & Real Estate sectors. Earlier at ABB, I had built a new innovative solution from scratch (from ideation to incubation), APM (Asset Performance Management) creating new revenue streams for the Energy Industries business. Also, looked at M&A evaluations, partnering, and integration with leading startups. There I had got an opportunity to present to ABB group's then-largest shareholder, Mr. Lars Förberg, Cevian Capital.
