About me

Hi, I am Harshna Shroff a counselling psychologist based in Kolkata. I am experienced in helping clients with concerns such as - stress, anxiety disorders, mood (depressive/manic) disorders, ADHD, mindset issues, health anxiety, grief, and self-concept/confidence-related problems. My approach leans more toward solution-focused therapy using cognitive behavioral techniques. However, I adjust my strategies and approach to fit the individual client's needs. My suggestions, methods, and strategies are all based on research. My Education: - BSc Psychology from Loreto College Kolkata affiliated to the University of Calcutta. - MSc Stress and Counselling Psychology from Rajabazaar Science College affiliated to the University of Calcutta.
