I founded and lead "The PEERS (Professional Excellence & Executive Readiness Stories) Program" at Genpact as Corporate Sessions for Leadership Development to employees with 0 to 20+ years of experience inclusive of Assitant Managers, Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, etc.

For my personal use, I founded "The SPEAK (Stories for Professional Excellence, Aspiration & Knowledge) Program", the non-corporate version of "The PEERS Program". The SPEAK Program aims to cultivate leaders with its 4 Sessions: S1 & S2 on Communication and S3 & S4 on Executive Presence.

In "The SPEAK Program" - S2 - Communication, I bring to you a safe place to grow along side with me across crucial learnings, frameworks, mocks & stories. This would not be a usual communication session, rather an eclectic mix of concepts, designed specifically as a journey for you to outgrow your shortcomings in Communication!
