Self-doubt? Fear of failure? Limiting beliefs? Lack of confidence? Or simply not knowing how to make the next big move in your career? I help ambitious professionals break through these internal barriers, build a powerful growth mindset, step confidently into leadership, and achieve their full potential. I’m a Chartered Accountant (CA) and CPA with 14+ years of corporate experience, having worked across two Big 4 firms and D. E. Shaw, one of the most reputed and high-performance workplaces. Having grown through multiple stages of my own corporate career—from building functions and leading teams to working with senior leadership—I understand the realities of corporate growth: visibility, confidence, leadership transitions, difficult conversations, workplace dynamics, and the mindset shifts required to move to the next level. Today, I bring that experience into coaching to help you: • Build unshakable confidence • Overcome fear, self-doubt and limiting beliefs • Develop a growth and leadership mindset • Navigate career transitions and leadership roles • Become more visible, influential and impactful • Move from “I’m not ready” to “I’m ready to lead” • Unlock your potential and create a career that aligns with your ambitions You don’t need more potential. You need to start believing in—and acting on—the potential you already have. If you’re ready to stop holding yourself back and step into the next version of your career, let’s work together.
