When people ask me how I got into HR, I smile, because it wasn’t a straight line. It was a journey of curiosity, learning, and the simple joy of working with people.🪴 Hey There! Welcome To My Profile! My early years were all about tech, I studied MCA from Banasthali Vidyapith and started my career as a software developer. I enjoyed the logic, the code, and the problem-solving. But something always pulled me toward the “people side” of the business. I loved helping teammates, training juniors, and watching others grow. That’s when I realized, I didn’t just want to build systems. I wanted to build people. How the journey evolved: ◮ Took up training and soft skills roles to explore my people-centric mindset. ◮ Started in tech as a developer, with a strong academic base in computer applications. ◮ Gradually transitioned into HR, where I found the perfect blend of people, processes, and purpose. Today, I’m proud to lead HR operations at Soltech Energy, a solar company with a mission bigger than just business. We’re building a greener future, and I get to build the team that makes it happen.
