Hi! I'm Harshita, a Psychology graduate from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, where I completed the 4-year B.A. (Hons.) Psychology with Research Specialisation under the NEP. I secured AIR 12 in CUET PG Psychology (2026) after scoring 786/800 (99.4 percentile) in CUET UG, and I'm currently pursuing M.A. Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice) at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Beyond academics, I've built my undergraduate journey through research, leadership, and community engagement. I've led student teams across multiple organisations, managed on-ground workshops and outreach initiatives, conducted psychoeducational sessions in government schools and NGOs, presented research at conferences, and explored opportunities in research, mental health, and the social impact sector. I was also selected as a UN Millennium Fellow, where I designed and led community-based mental health initiatives. Looking back, I learnt a lot through trial and error. Through these sessions, I hope to make that journey a little less overwhelming by sharing the lessons, strategies, and resources that genuinely helped me.
