Harshita is an MBA graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and holds a bachelor's in economics from SRCC, University of Delhi. She is part of TCS's Strategic Leadership Program, a fast-track initiative for accelerated leadership roles. With experience spanning retail, travel, and logistics, she has led the CEO’s office at TCS and currently works with airlines and logistics players across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East to drive digital transformation strategies. She has previously interned with BCG and scored 99.59 percentile in CAT.
