About me

Hey - I’m Harshit. If you’re navigating MBA applications, consulting recruiting, or trying to figure out why your resume or cases aren’t landing despite all the effort - I know that feeling very well. The constant iteration, the self-doubt before interviews, the sense that you’re doing a lot but not always in the right direction - I’ve been through that phase myself. My journey has been shaped by learning through doing - and often, through correcting mistakes. I’m currently an MBA student at Kellogg School of Management (Class of ’27). Before business school, I spent four years working in strategy roles within the EV and climate-tech ecosystem, most notably at SUN Mobility, a leading battery-swapping company in India. My work spanned corporate strategy, network expansion, and last-mile electrification - from designing go-to-market strategies to scaling EV infrastructure and enabling livelihoods for over 10,000 informal-sector workers. Alongside operating roles, I’ve also worked on early-stage climate-tech investing, where I evaluated startups, built investment theses, and supported diligence across transportation, energy storage, and alternative fuels. These experiences gave me a strong appreciation for clear thinking, structured communication, and outcome-oriented storytelling - skills that matter deeply in consulting and MBA recruiting. At Kellogg, I’ve been deeply involved in the consulting recruiting process, preparing for and securing opportunities across MBB. That journey forced me to sharpen everything from resume bullets to case structuring to interview presence - often through trial, feedback, and repetition. What stood out to me is how small improvements in clarity and structure can dramatically change outcomes. Through this process, I’ve helped peers and juniors with: Resume reviews and rewrites that focus on impact, not activity Case interview prep with emphasis on structure, synthesis, and judgment MBA application storytelling that feels authentic, coherent, and personal My mentoring style is practical and honest. I won’t sugarcoat feedback, but I’ll always explain why something works or doesn’t - so you build judgment, not just answers. I strongly believe that most candidates don’t need more effort; they need better prioritization and clearer framing. Outside academics and work, I’m someone who relaxes by cooking, follows energy and climate trends closely, and enjoys conversations that go beyond surface-level career advice. If you’re looking for structured guidance, thoughtful feedback, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you get better - I’d be glad to work with you.
