About me
I’m an MIT bioengineering student passionate about bridging biology and computation to solve complex problems in genomics, cancer research, and AI-driven healthcare. My experience spans multi-omics data integration, machine learning for tumor classification, and the development of AI-powered platforms like Genetics-GPT, which outperforms traditional models in biological applications.
I’ve interned at startups like 1Cell.Ai, where I worked on real-world applications of AI in molecular diagnostics, and am continuously building tools—from ImageJ plugins for single-cell image analysis to command-line pipelines. I enjoy working at the intersection of cutting-edge research and scalable software development, especially when it improves patient outcomes.
Currently, I’m exploring how we can apply AI and automation to streamline biomedical data analysis, with a strong interest in digital pathology, synthetic biology, and precision oncology.
