Currently working in Amazon as SDE - 2, previously worked with Microsoft as SDE-2 as Part of Merchandising Commerce Dynamics 365 team. Also I worked with Flipkart as a software development engineer in a post-order customer experience team. I am skilled in implementing scalable disturbed systems. Have led the track to enable Flipkart agent chat system for Flipkart minutes and video assist feature for pre-order customer engagement from the CX team and worked as a SPOC for external teams. Along with that have worked on many other projects ranging from database migration to making existing services scalable and onboarding multiple clients to the current stack. Handling multiple major microservices in CX like Session Manager, IVR stack, and Agent Chat System.
