I have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective hiring strategies and metrics, leveraging data and analytics, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. I also have a strong background in global recruitment, having worked with leading companies like NTT DATA, CipherCloud, and Google in the past. I hold a degree in Human Resources Management from IIM Kozhikode and a CISA certification from ISACA.
