• 12+ years of working experience in different verticals of Human Resources (Recruitments, Employee relations, Operations, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, HRBP etc.) both in Product/IT services & staffing industry/RPO. • Known for being a trusted partner to leadership, strong at working independently, and skilled in supporting teams through growth, change, and day-to-day people needs. • Exposure to diversified domains such as Information Services, Airlines, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Financial, Telecom, Defense, Hospitality clients etc. • Experience with ATS – Jobdiva, ResumeFox, Scout etc. • Experience with MSP/VMS – DCR Workforce, PeopleFluent, IQ Navigator, Wand etc. • Involved in full cycle recruitments right from gathering and understanding resource requirements from business, screening resumes, identifying potential candidates, interview coordination, post hiring activities and client relations.
