Hi, I’m Harsha, currently pursuing a Masters in Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Dallas. I am a Product Manager by profession and an entrepreneur at heart. I joined IBM as a Software Developer Intern. Within no time, recognizing my technical proficiency and strong work ethic, I was assigned the product ownership for the .NET test development team. Owns the quality assurance deliveries for all the product releases and was excellent in processes such as requirement elaboration, product roadmaps, code impact analysis, and developing features. This role provided me with a holistic view of product, technology and business. Entrepreneurial itch in me wasn’t quite for so long so I decided to bootstrap a digital venture, Harsha Wellness. Inspired a team of 50 dietitians with a vision to help 500+ clients with utmost customer service and satisfaction, resulting in 60% customer retention rate and generated $100K revenue in 2 years. Post IBM and Harsha Wellness, I believe that the combination of my software development experience, entrepreneurial skills, and product skills developed through the Product Management concentration at UT Dallas make me capable of creating intuitive and smart products that make an impact for the organization, and satisfies the needs of consumers.
