I am a Senior Manager in the CHRO’s Office at Tata Capital and a TAS Manager with Tata Administrative Services, partnering closely with CXO-level leaders on strategic HR, talent, compensation, and performance initiatives across the Tata group. I lead cross-functional programs, consolidate HR insights and metrics, and serve as a key link between the CHRO, leadership, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven people decisions. Through my structured TAS stints, I have gained deep exposure in Talent Management at Tata Capital, Employer Value Proposition and Employer Branding at Tata Tele Business Services, Tata Sons HR and L&D digitization at Tata Management Training Centre, and Compensation & Performance at Tata Advanced Systems. This includes setting up performance management systems for a greenfield venture in Morocco and leading variable pay redesign, benchmarking, and high-stakes board presentations. I am also an Education Mentor with 2IIM, where I conduct mock group discussions and interviews for B-school aspirants, consistently receiving excellent feedback for my structured guidance and actionable advice. This, combined with my XLRI HRM background and corporate experience, allows me to effectively coach candidates on their profiles, storytelling, and interview readiness.
