I’m Harsh Gupta, a law graduate (B.A. LL.B) from Jamia Hamdard, where I graduated with the highest CGPA in my batch (8.67/10). I have also completed my masters in law (LL.M) in Telecommunication, Media, and Technology (TMT) Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. During my academic journey, I’ve gained practical experience through diverse internships, including the Chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. Ravindra Bhat (Supreme Court of India) and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vivek Chaudhary (Allahabad High Court), where I worked as a Judicial Intern contributing to research and legal analysis. I’ve also interned with leading firms and institutions such as Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Khurana & Khurana (IP Advocates), the National Human Rights Commission, the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (Ministry of Commerce), and the Centre for IPR at NUSRL, Ranchi. In 2024, I cracked CLAT-PG (NLU Jabalpur); however, I strategically pursued my LLM from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. I also qualified Supreme Court Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate Interview with an All India Rank of 55. I'm a former Law Clerk Research Associate at the Supreme Court of India.
