I am currently working on making education affordable for over 15000+ students, teachers & parents, via a not-for-profit organization: Climb Charitable Foundation. I use my experience of Business Consultancy, Strategic Initiatives, Big Data & Data Storytelling. I head the team which deploys Data Science, Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms-based analytical models to achieve higher penetration, micro-targeting and performance assessment. Prior to this, I was working as a Senior Manager in Tata Motors Ltd. (TML). Here, I was a key member for a National High-Impact Project. It involved following steps: 1. 'Gap-Analysis' of the Product-mix & Marketing-mix of TML offering, along with Competition-mapping 2. 'Developed Strategic Initiatives' in form of Digitalization, Advanced Data Analytics & Business Process Improvement (BPI) 3. 'IT Project Management': Data Dashboarding, Data Science & Machine Learning (deploying the IT strategic initiatives) 4. Deployed Business Initiatives related to BPI, Business Development, Sales Growth, Profitability Growth After my first year in MBA, I interned as 'Consultant to Additional Chief Secretary (IAS) to Government of Haryana' in 2015. The hon'ble IAS Officer issued a special letter of appreciation, praising my perseverance & quality of work.
