Being an HR professional, what I bring to the table is the capability of not just ideating the processes related to employee life cycle, but to also connect them with what the business needs. I am a certified career and performance coach. In my current role of a Total Rewards Specialist, I am looking after compensation strategy for local hires and assignees including market research and benchmarking, overall well-being of employees based out of Middle East and Apac countries. I have previously worked as a HRBP where I was responsible for managing the activities such as induction, performance management, employee engagement and talent development along with taking care of day to day queries of employees. Beyond my work environment I am an individual who is interested in reading and enjoys having conversations about human psychology, enhancing the employee experience, organizational development and other such industry trends in the human resources space. A post graduate in Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources (MBA-HR) from SIBM, Pune with an engineering background in Information Technology. Passionate and inspired by the idea of 'leading by example' currently learning about different aspects of HRM.
