I hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and have further strengthened my expertise through an MBA in International Finance from Queen Margaret University. Alongside this, I have completed globally recognized qualifications including ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst), which have shaped my strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and valuation. Currently, I work in Financial Due Diligence within M&A consulting, where I analyze company financials, identify key risks, and support transaction decisions across buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out engagements. This role has given me hands-on exposure to real-world deal environments, helping me understand how businesses are valued, structured, and evaluated during acquisitions.
