CFD Mock Interview

Hi,

I’m Harish Deshmukh, and I hold a MS(R) degree in Thermal Engineering from IIT Madras, completed in 2015. With around 10 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and thermal analysis, I have had the privilege of working with and supporting leading industries (such as LG Electronics, Porsche, JLR, FICOSA, and Qargos, among others) with CFD solutions.

Having participated in over 100 interviews, both as an interviewer and interviewee, I have gained deep understanding of the hiring process and the pitfalls candidates often encounter. This experience has refined my ability to assess talent and guide individuals to present their best selves during an interview.
