I am Hari Pratap Elduri, the Founder of Keyblocks Strategy Consulting Services. With over 20 years of experience in retail business strategy and technology consulting, I've sharpened the art of crafting the perfect strategy for companies to thrive. My journey started at JNTU Anantapur, where I pursued Computer Science Engineering. During my graduation, I seized the opportunity to intern with industry giants like Apollo, GE Transportation Systems, and Microsoft, working on tech and business development projects. After graduation, I ventured into various IT firms in Bangalore, immersing myself in technology development projects. It was here that my fascination with business grew, propelling me into roles in project and program management. I took up the challenge of devising business plans and sales strategies from scratch, fostering innovation. Driven by a hunger for knowledge, I delved into management studies. I obtained my CIPM from AIIPM and became a fellowship member of the American Academy of Project Management. Pursuing this further, I earned PMP and ACP certifications. My pursuit of excellence didn't stop there; I completed an MBA in Business Administration. My resume includes several feathers in my cap, including Lead ISO Auditor, Six Sigma Certified Super Champion, HIPAA Certified BA, and more. My thirst for learning led me to Harvard Edx Courses, focusing on business economics, leadership, and management studies from universities worldwide. In 2007, I embraced a new challenge with a US-based company, handling both on-site and offshore roles in Retail Marketing services, and later, the Middle East market in supply chain management. Over the years, I have contributed strategic insights to various Retail Marketing clients, including Verizon, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Air Canada, Jet Blue Airways, AT&T, Walgreens, Walmart, and many more. My journey involved strategic program deliveries, embedding myself in their businesses, and assisting firms in realizing their strategic aspirations. I actively managed AADHAAR & NPR projects, India's premier national identity management endeavors, and contributed to the early incubation stages of GrabOn, India's largest coupon company. Having steered multiple employers toward profitability, I embarked on a path as an independent opportunity consultant. However, my commitment to public service led me to serve as a Sr. Technology Strategist under NIUM, working for the government of Telangana. Today, my dream of founding Keyblocks is a reality, where we shape strategies that transform businesses.
