About me
When my tutor from the University of Oxford suggested I consider a career in Indian politics, I was both surprised and deeply honored. She commended my presentation skills and active participation in debates, highlighting my knack for engaging and influencing an audience.
With over four years of experience in Partner Operations within the IT sector, I've had the privilege of working with partners and customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic expanded my horizons, allowing me to work with clients globally. These testing times honed my skills in people and program management, unveiling my innate ability to lead diverse teams through uncertainty.
Living with Crohn's disease for the past seven years has been a roller-coaster ride. However, I consider myself extremely privileged to have worked with companies that prioritize employee well-being. This personal journey has fueled my passion for advocating for people with disabilities, ensuring equal work opportunities for all. My involvement in the DEI Chapter at IE Business School underscores my commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Whether it's content creation, copywriting, or assisting others with their CVs and SOPs, I find immense satisfaction in crafting narratives that resonate. I've supported small businesses in their content creation efforts, helping them tell their stories compellingly and authentically.
Mentoring students, guiding them toward the right career paths, providing resources, and helping raise funds for education has been a fulfilling part of my journey. I'm deeply interested in research, and my meticulous attention to detail allows me to delve deep and uncover valuable insights.
My stint working with Prof. Rajeev Gowda, M.P., Rajya Sabha, on public policy-making was a defining experience. Contributing to the policy and advocacy paper on "Increasing Rainwater Harvesting in Karnataka" was an opportunity to combine my passion for sustainable development with actionable policy work.
Now, armed with an International MBA from IE Business School and extensive global exposure, I'm eager to enter more customer-centric arenas, both B2B and B2C.
As I step into the next chapter of my career, I look forward to leveraging my diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to make a tangible difference in the world.
