My journey has been shaped by a series of conscious, well-thought-out decisions rather than a straight-line path. In Class 11, I realized that engineering wasn’t the right fit for me. Although I had opted for science, I chose to realign my interests after Class 12 and switched to Arts, with Economics and English as my core subjects. I joined Delhi University in 2021 and graduated in 2024. During my undergraduate years, I developed a strong interest in management and began exploring MBA programs. When I started preparing for CAT, I was very clear about my approach—I wanted to give one focused attempt and convert my best possible call. I was fortunate to achieve that goal by converting IIM Indore, which I will be joining for my MBA. Along the way, I also converted calls from TISS HRM, IIFT Delhi, and several IIMs including Udaipur, Trichy, Raipur, Ranchi, Kashipur, Nagpur, Amritsar, Visakhapatnam, Sambalpur, Bodh Gaya, Sirmaur, and Jammu. This summer, I will be joining Amul as a Summer Intern, aligning with my interest in FMCG and marketing. Having navigated stream changes, CAT preparation, college shortlisting, and final decision-making myself, I enjoy mentoring and helping aspirants make informed, realistic choices based on their profiles and goals.
