A primary focus of my work is to enhance product reliability and drive operational excellence. I am also leading the transition of our manufacturing and supply chain from Vietnam to India, positioning Cradlewise as the first brand to design and manufacture smart baby cradles featuring patented silent bounce and baby detection technologies in Pune. This strategic initiative not only enhances our global presence but also aligns with our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products. I am dedicated to addressing critical challenges as we establish manufacturing from the ground up. Transitioning from Ather Energy to Cradlewise marks a continuous journey of growth and impact, where my skills in manufacturing engineering and cross-functional problem-solving have been pivotal. Collaborating with teams, we have successfully advanced manufacturing processes and resolved critical issues, laying the foundation for robust product development and operational scalability. I led a team of 15 in improving the reliability of the 450 series of vehicles at Ather Energy, overseeing the product quality of all mechanical and bodywork components until 2023. Throughout the past decade, I have honed my problem-solving skills in product quality across diverse challenges.
