I am a device certification manager at DISH Network, where I lead and manage the device engineering and certification team for the world's first greenfield 5G standalone network. I have over 10 years of experience in wireless device development, leveraging most wireless technologies, such as 5G NR, LTE, VoLTE, and VoNR. My mission is to deliver high-quality and innovative cellular products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners. I collaborate with the cross-functional team of engineering program managers, technical leads, and developers to understand the software development and device development life cycle and establish agile processes that align with the program and team's goals. I also develop and revise certification test plans based on the requirements from 3GPP, GSMA, MNO, and customization and configuration requirements for DISH Wireless. In addition, I lead and plan for device technology roadmap and strategy, and identify test locations and resources for device testing and validation.
