Hardik is currently working as a Product Manager at Arcesium. Motivated and hardworking individual with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking, Hardik worked at D.E. Shaw as a Software Engineer for almost 2 years in the Fundamental Equities and Bonds team. He worked on designing, building, and testing various applications that helped traders & analysts perform a seamless evaluation of various investment opportunities. He was also actively involved in the Hiring Committee of the firm and led various other firm-building initiatives. A computer science graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Hardik has a keen interest in data analytics which led him to create an automated trading algorithm and also loves to closely follow startups and business strategies. He also takes an active interest in a multitude of sports. Hardik is a proactive worker who believes that effective communication, commitment, and the proper ratio of hard work and smart work are the keys to success. Throughout his career and undergraduate experience, he has tried to contribute more than what is defined by the job requirement.
