With over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, I am a general management professional with a passion for strategic planning, engineering, program management, finance, supply chain, and quality management. I currently lead the strategy and India customer account management support team at Collins Aerospace, a global leader in aerospace and defense solutions.
As a Wharton Global CXO program participant, a PMP certified project manager, and a Lean practitioner, I have the skills and knowledge to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. I have successfully pivoted the India business to new lines of services, incubated product and functional centers of excellence, and improved processes and quality standards. I am motivated by the challenge of pushing the envelope of innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry.
