Surf the Wave:: 3 months Unlimited

This is THE ultimate program for getting complete clarity and taking action on your career path. The program consists of six phases, including taking stock of your current situation, identifying your core values and strengths, exploring beliefs, framing a vision and mission for your career, researching & evaluating the alignment of various career options with your vision and values, and taking action while monitoring progress. The package also includes reflection exercises and regular check-ins for support even after the program has been completed.

This program is suitable for you, if you are between the ages of 20-40, and could do with some support on the following issues:

🐢 making academic or career choices;

🐢 career changes (new job, new industry, promotions, sabbatical, whether to leave or stay in your current job, etc.)

🐢 foray into entrepreneurship / new-business related support

🐢 significant events of changes in your life that could affect how you show up professionally

🐢 sustainable and simultaneous personal and professional development (i.e. work-life balance)

Here's a brief roadmap on how this process will go :)

We meet once every 7-15 days for a one-hour in-person or video meeting. This package contains a minimum of 10 sessions, however, over the course of 3 months, the number of sessions you can avail is unlimited.

I am also available to my clients over message/voice note/email as required, between sessions, should clients require support addressing homework questions or activities, accountability support, document review, leveraging my connections/references to assist my clients, etc.
